Quick update on our current opening hours. We are open Wednesday to Friday 11-5 and Saturdays 11-4. No appointments necessary.
Also with supply issues our country is experiencing get your Christmas orders in soon to avoid disappointment!
With all the road chaos in Digbeth here’s a guide to all the local car parks to us: main custard car park off Heath mill lane, small car park under arches off Gibb street and large cheap car park opposite custard accessed from green street. To get to us at the moment you have to go up to town, loop round by the markets then head back down digbeth high street to turn left into Heath mill. Or approach from ring road along great Barr street onto Heath mill to avoid the road works. If your just picking up you can load on single yellow under the arches on Gibb street next to the workshop.
Despite what bozzer says we will not be opening up fully from Monday. We want to protect our customers and staff so will continue with mask wearing, of any kind(free disposable masks available) screens still up and one household at a time. We will continue with our reduced hours allowing us to spread out days with staff in the workshop and appointments for dropping work in to save queuing. We are preparing to re-open! We are now taking appointments for framing, please call the workshop, Friday and Saturdays only at the moment, 11-4, on 0121 6936693 to book. We plan to open up more from Wednesday 14th April. Thanks for your patience and hope to see you soon! You can also collect work without appointment fri and Saturday, 11-4 until we re-open.
We were hoping to start to try to offer virtual appointments before lockdown ended, however, we have a new member of staff, and as you can see she’s going to take a bit of training. So with Boris’s road map in place we will look to re-open from around the 13th April, we will put more info up nearer the time as we decide on new opening hours etc and information on how to book an appointment. We have had a lot of framing enquiries over this lockdown so Thank you for your patience! Looking forward to seeing you all in the spring!
Due to heavy snow forecast we will not be open for collections today, Saturday 30th Jan, sorry for any inconvenience. Next week Back to Friday and Saturdays for collections only 11-4 weather permitting.
